Abu Dhabi Plan 2030 is the strategic basis of Abu Dhabi development perspective in the “Empowerment Era” led by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. This ambitious economic plan aims to set the solid foundation of a global economic upgrade of the three regions of Abu Dhabi Emirate: The Capital City, Eastern Region and the Western Region through tremendous projects estimated 500 billion AED that includes infrastructure projects, new cities construction, petroleum sites renovation and promoting industrial and agriculture self-sufficiency.
This plan targets also the transformation of UAE into the most developed services hub in the region and a major touristic destination in Western Asia. These ambitious projects will need “millions” of meticulous legal work that cumulate a precise knowledge of the local legal culture and the standards of the international legal transactions.
In ICLO, we take into consideration this particular economic context to elaborate legal services and we selected the appropriate team that will handle it successfully. Thus we consider providing the legal response to the legal needs of Abu Dhabi 2030 Plan as core component of our legal strategy.
